It’s a great way recognising behavioral health workers for bringing help and hope to those struggling with everyday situations and finding a coping mechanism for the community. Mental health… is not a destination, but a process and I am glad for the continuing help each one is doing for the uplifting of young as well as senior generations. I am glad such talks help Emotional wellness awareness, understanding, and acceptance of our feelings. Emotional wellness is as important as mental health and physical health. The three aren’t completely separate concepts but thinking about them individually helps us understand them and work toward wellness in manageable pieces. I wish all the best for Janitri spreading joy, love and awareness on the subject and helping mother and child create a better community from each home and helping building a safe space for each one of us to live and createlife of peace and harmony.
